Fancy Nancy Essex Easter Bake Off!
Win 2 VIP Tickets to The Cake and Bake show, £25 to spend on fantabulous cake and cookie decorating equipment in Fancy Nancy, plus a personalised Cake Decorating Bible and Celebrity Bake Book. Runners up prizes for 2nd and 3rd places.
To enter all you have to do is design and make a wonderful Easter Cake and bring it to the Fancy Nancy shop for display in the window or shop. You need to bring it in between 23rd and 28th March, the week before Easter. Judging takes place on Saturday, 30th March over the Easter weekend.
The judges include Juliet Sear, owner of Fancy Nancy and Daniel P Carter, Radio 1 DJ, artist and cake sculptor. The judges will be looking for skill, innovation and creativity!
All entries will be displayed in the Fancy Nancy shop window and in store for the week after Easter.
There will also be a junior competition, for under 16s. The prize includes £25 to spend on equipment at Fancy Nancy cake emporium, a dozen cupcakes and a signed Cake Decorating book.

Fancy Nancy has been trading in Leigh-on-sea for over 6 years and, as well as supplying local people, also suppliers Fortnum and Masons and Harvey Nichsols. It’s owned by Juliet, who is the author of the Cake Decorating Bible, TV cake expert and demonstrator. She also teaches Masterclasses at the famous Leiths Cookery School in London.
